Golf Course Name
EXAMPLE....Great example of a well priced mid-upper level course. 2019 presented some winter-kill challenges like so many other courses, but has nearly returned to 100% form by season end. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes are in good shape, particularly for a municipal facility. Lots of elevation changes, marshes, and trees. Excellent privacy and zero housing along the fairways. Full practice range, sand and wedge area, plus nine-hole par 3. Snacks, beer, and some golf equipment avail.
EXAMPLE Good conditions all around by end of 2019. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes all very playable along with hazards. 2020 should be even better based on typical conditions here.
EXAMLE Greens have lots of undulation that feels very fair in terms of speed. Interesting fairways and hazards have variety and make a person think about their shot. Fantastic privacy on many holes and zero housing throughout.
EXAMPLE Excellent visual appeal stems mainly from use of elevation, trees, water, and the feeling of truly being out in nature on most holes. This course punches above its weight (price) in this area.
