Course Highlights
A dynamic, scenic course that winds through mostly wooded, rolling terrain, with ample water and a handful of links-style holes. Several holes are very tight and tree-lined, while a couple feature blind shots that add to the challenge. There are also some fun elevation changes that create variety throughout the round. Overall, it’s a diverse and interesting layout that plays a little less forgiving than average. Nice modern clubhouse with full menu and bar able to host events. Large, flat practice range with good turf.

Condition*
8.5
Conditions overall very good. Tee boxes large, flat, generally great shape. Greens rolled true. Fairways not all perfect but vast majority very good shape. Bunkers in good condition.

Playability
8.2
Mostly unique and fun challenges. More so than most courses in this price range. The main offset to that would be several holes tighter than usual, or more severe dog legs than typical, or a bit more challenge due to side slopes.

Visual Impact
8.5
Visuals were great! Beautiful ponds and rivers to complement some of the elevation changes and unique hole designs. Numerous trees and a small amount of prairie grass rounded things out.
