Course Highlights
This course has a lot of interesting holes spread out over a large amount of land with very little housing to be seen. It feels like a links course with elevation crossed with parkland grass, trees, and water. It's a fun variation on the most common style in the Midwest. The overall amount of rollout is more than most parkland courses but less than a true dry links course. Overall conditions were fairly good with no area dropping the ball. There are a few holes that have mild forced carries and/or blind shots but it's not excessive. Bunkers were recently renovated and it seems like this course is constantly reviewing or upgrading various features. Ex. New short game practice area will available for use Jul or Aug 2025. Many of the key staff live on or near the course and remain highly vested in it's success. Clubhouse is modest size with full drink menu, a few food options, and a few different items in the pro shop.

Condition*
8.6
Pretty balanced conditions overall with none standing out over others. All conditions were above average. Greens rolled nicely at medium-fast speed.

Playability
8.8
One of the standout qualities on this course was the level of varied and interesting hole layouts. Course is very dynamic and fun, particularly for the price point. There are a couple moderate forced carries and partial blind shots.

Visual Impact
8.9
The hole layouts looked and played very different each time which helped the visual appeal along with lots of elevation changes, water, trees, sand, and nice mounding.
