Course Highlights

Review updated June 2023. Course under new ownership in 2023 and course conditions have improved since a couple years ago. Enjoyable golf course filled with water, trees, mounds, interesting hole designs, and wildlife. Very good playability and very good visual appeal combine to provide a nice option on the west side of the Cities. Fully stocked and refreshed item selection in the pro-shop. Full size clubhouse with full service restaurant on the upper level. Please note that walking rate is published but we recommend riding at this facility. Carts are scheduled to have GPS added next week. Most holes have extra plates in the ground/tee box to assist with yardage and decision making.

Greens, tee boxes, and fairways in good condition. Hazards were OK visually but generally played well. As noted in summary, conditions seem to have improved under new ownership.

Playability

Fantastic variety of holes and risk/reward throughout the course. Greens, fairways, and hazards were varied and interesting. Forced carries, blind shots, and tee lengths were all rated well. Couple holes tight to each other but most are not.

Visual Impact

Good visual example of a parkland style course. Very nice use of elevation (without being gimmicky) along with trees, water, and marshlands. Enjoyable course to play and see!
