Course Highlights
Out of the 27 holes at Albion, the most recent 9 (Boulders) is a little more dynamic and was completed in 2000 so many people would consider this the slightly more premium amongst the three sets. Boulders has lots of medium elevation changes and water along with moderate level of traps and a few trees. The other two nines are a little more open and links like. Greens are fast and challenging. Modest clubhouse with full food menu and drinks available. Compared to most Twin Cities courses, this place is a lot of bang for the buck.

Condition*
7.9
Greens were in good condition with many interesting contours particularly on the replica holes. Some traps and tee boxes were in good condition and some were a little less. Some fairways were good and some pretty rough.

Playability
8.5
Greens contours were very fun along with many of the hole design choices. Decent risk/reward decisions and not many blind shots or forced carries. Solid playability overall.

Visual Impact
8.4
Several of the holes had unique and great visual appeal. Certainly lots of variety. Occasionally offset by conditions that take the visual appeal down a little bit. Overall a lot to see and enjoy.
